The Heartlands is proud to provide memory care for residents with forgetfulness, Alzheimer’s disease, and related dementias. Our memory care community is a safe and secure environment featuring 12 spacious, private apartments each with accommodations and technology to meet the needs of each resident.

24-hour care and support as needed based on individualized care plans
Assistance with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, and transportation to meals/activities
Medication management
Three delicious meals per day focused on healthy nutrition with snacks always available upon request
Daily housekeeping and laundry services
Emergency pull stations in all apartments.
Daily life enrichment programming designed for those with memory issues facilitated by specially trained caregivers and nursing staff
